No Quibble Returns

Changed your mind? Be assured with our no quibble returns policy. Just return within 14 days of purchase of your wish to return/cancel and as long as in in the condition we sent it to you, we will accept a return posted back at your own cost*. If it's outside this time, we can't accept the return. Items must be returned with their original packaging (e.g., inner garment bags, tissue paper, tags intact, shoe boxes etc). Items returned with signs of wear (e.g., smells of washing powder, perfume, deodorant marks, sweat, fake tan etc or tags not intact) will not be accepted - we are happy to return these to you at your cost. Please note, we do not refund the original outgoing postage paid, unless, of course we've sent the wrong product/faulty product.

How to Return

Go To: and enter your original order number and email address used to place the order (found in your email / on your packing slip or in your Account history). We will contact you to confirm the Returns Authorisation Number and Address to return to, providing it's a returnable product. We provide the returns address to you at this point as depending on the reason for return and the product, it will be sent direct to one of the warehouses we use or Head Office.

Please be aware that you are entirely responsible for the return of the item(s) to us. Please ensure that you have packaged your items well. Should damages occur in transit when returning your products or should the item(s) be lost by the courier, the courier will only deal with you (as the purchaser) and you will need to agree adequate compensation for losses or damages. Please ensure therefore, that you have adequately insured the item for it's return (e.g., use a signed and / tracked service) and importantly enclose the returns slip and authorisation we provide you with so that we can trace the sale.

How Long Does it Take to Process?

Once back, we process returns within 3-5 business days and providing the item is in the ocndition we sent it out in, we process your refund at this stage. It depends on your method of payment and bank as to how long it will be before the refund clears for you. Here's an example:

  • If you paid by PayPal Balance, it usually takes up to 2 hours (usually instant)
  • If you paid by Debit Card, it's usually within 0-2 working days (bank provider dependent)
  • If you paid by Credit Card, it's usually 3-7 working days, but dependent upon your bank / card provider, it can be 14-30 days.

*What Products are not Returnable?

Most items we stock are returnable - there are a few that we do not accept returns on: see below:

  • Underwear, swimwear, lingerie
  • Earrings or sets containing earrings
  • Personalised items
  • Items that are made to order / your specification
  • Items with an expiration (e.g., edibles, flowers, magazines, beauty / skincare / make-up etc)
  • Items where it states within the listing
  • Items that have been worn or are in used condition
  • We regret that we do not accept returns on sale or reduced items (only where stipulated that we do within the listing). Please ensure fit prior to purchase.
